In addition to the 14-day cancellation and return period described above, Homvero offers a voluntary 30-day return policy.

Return shipping is FREE for eligible returns.

Homvero will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, products should generally be:

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns under this policy.

Homvero will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.

No return shipping fee is charged to the customer.

No restocking fee is charged.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer rights.

Eligible returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products are free of charge.

7. REFUNDS
